About the marina

This is public wharf and pontoon infrastructure rather than a commercial marina. SA.GOV.AU lists Adelaide Shores pontoons and timber wharf among state-government jetties and wharves. Before mooring to a state-government wharf, users must seek permission from the owner, and ordinary stays are limited to four hours a day unless a sign or authorised person says otherwise. West Beach Parks separately describes the wider marina precinct as a boating, launching, storage, servicing and sales hub, but those precinct services should not be attributed automatically to the state-owned pontoons.

Berthing & shoreside services

The pontoons themselves are short-stay tie-up infrastructure. SA Government permission and time-limit rules apply. The wider West Beach precinct has boat launching, storage, servicing and sales nearby, but no fuel, pump-out, permanent berth, shower, laundry, travel lift or chandlery service is verified as part of these state pontoons.

Local context in YouSail

This is directory context, not navigation advice. Check current charts, notices and official boating resources before passage.

Access to the Patawalonga is governed by the local entrance, lock and waterway conditions. Use the pontoons as a short stop only unless you have permission for longer.
